We sell digital products, including but not limited to digital planners, journals, and related digital planning resources.

Our products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

Digital Downloads

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the checkout confirmation page, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout and download your files in a timely manner.

Product Compatibility

Our digital products are designed for use with compatible note-taking or PDF annotation apps, such as Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Noteful, or similar apps.

Calendar Links and Shortcuts

Some products may include calendar shortcuts or links for services such as Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

These features are intended to help you add events more easily. They do not create a full calendar integration, automatic syncing, or two-way communication between the planner and your calendar app.

Because the planner is a PDF, it cannot sync directly with calendar apps.

Personal Use License

Your purchase includes a license for personal use only.

You may:

Download the files for your own personal use
Import the files into your preferred compatible app
Duplicate pages within the planner for your own personal use
Print pages for your own personal use, when applicable

You may not:

Resell, share, distribute, or give away the files
Upload the files to public websites, groups, drives, or marketplaces
Claim the designs as your own
Use the files to create products for sale
Modify the files and resell them
Share download links with others

Each purchase is for one individual user unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All products, designs, images, layouts, text, graphics, files, and branding are the property of The Elegant Planner unless otherwise noted.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property rights to you.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
